We are so happy to share Holly and Scott’s beautiful summer wedding on the blog. We first met these two for their country engagement session in Harrogate, TN. It was so much fun watching these two and meeting their family that came out for the shoot, we knew their wedding was really going to be something special.
Their wedding was one of the most unique we have ever had the pleasure of photographing. Holly and Scott chose to have a candlelit ceremony on the front porch of their church right before sunset on an evening in July. As their guests arrived, they were greeted by a lemonade stand before taking their seat on the lawn surrounded by candles. As the ceremony time approached, Holly arrived by a beautiful horse and carriage. A custom set of doors were built at the end of the sidewalk allowing her to make a grand entrance. After the ceremony the couple danced (literally) down the aisle making their way to their reception. After some great food, more dancing and cake, family and friends headed outside for another surprise. Chinese lanterns filled with best wishes for Holly and Scott lit up the sky and was amazing to watch. This wedding is one we definitely will never forget. Congratulations Holly and Scott and we thank you for allowing us to be a part of this special day.
You all did such a beautiful job! We enjoyed meeting and working with the both of you :). Thanks for everything!
Thanks for the kind words, Holly! We had a great time!
